43 Pty Ltd was formed as part of the first CRCSI, representing the many SME participants. Initially there were 43 member companies. Over  60 companies, operating from all across Australia and New Zealand, are joining “43pl-2″ ACN 140 787 971.

Structure

43pl-2 manages the trust; companies buy units annually (as their contributions through to the CRCSI-2) and have a beneficial interest in the trust assets held by 43pl-2 and hence of the CRCSI-2 joint venture.

There is a board of seven Directors (with regional representation for communications purposes):

• WA - Chris Earls
• NZ - Warwick Jones

CRC provides finance, administration & communications functions.
